Meat Processing

The guide fee of $50 a day includes the following:

Removing the bison from the field
Gutting, skinning, and quartering the bison meat
Refrigeration of the bison meat until your departure

For a nominal additional charge, we can also offer full processing of your meat. This service includes:

De-boning of all bison meat
Slicing of steaks, chops, and roasts
Individual wrapping, vacuum packing, and put in walk in cooler

If you do not want to take the bison meat, we can donate the meat to a local charity in your name for possible tax write-offs (check with your personal tax accountant to see if you qualify.)
